KINI – Partner : How to?

  1. Find the app from Google play store. Use the link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.brotherzdesk.food_merchant_site
  2. Select “Install” to download it in your mobile
  3. After successful installation select “Open” or tap the KINI-Partner icon on your mobile
  4. The app will display “Partner – Login” screen
  5. If you want to register your shop in KINI, just select “New” button (Blue colored)
  6. The app will display “Partner – Registration” screen
  7. Enter details of your shop
    1. Enter “Shop Name”, you can enter a nick name of your shop within ()
    2. Enter correct PIN Code of your shop address
    3. Choice a shop category like Grocery, Vegetable Shop, Hardwire etc..
    4. Select the close day for your shop
    5. Select “Continue” button
    6. New screen will be displayed
    7. Enter shop owner’s name
    8. Enter a valid phone number (Customer will contact you using this number)
    9. Enter a secret password for your shop (This will be used at Login)
    10. Select “Submit” button
  8. On successful registration welcome message will be shown and will be redirected to “Partner – Login” screen
  9. Admin will contact you, for verification and will provide you SHOP ID
  10. Using the SHOP ID and your given password, login to your SHOP in KINI-Partner
  11. After login you will see your Shop dashboard
  12. Select “Manage Items” from bottom navigation bar
  13. Select “Add New Item” button to add your shop items
  14. Search items from a given list of items.
  15. Tap 1 or more items from the list and select “Continue With” bar (blue colour).
  16. Your selected items will be displayed on next screen.
  17. Enter the price of the item as per the unit shown.
  18. Enter a stock as per unit.
  19. Select apply button.
  20. Now press “Add Items” bar (green colour).
  21. Items are categorized in “Open” , “Packet”.
  22. If you want to sell an item in loose, then select “Open” category.
  23. You can choose an item sell unit for “Open” category, follow the screen options
  24. You can update price or stock of any item, any time, by tapping an item in the list.
  25. That’s all. Your SHOP is ready for the customer.
  26. You can set “Open” or ”Close” for your shop, by using the slider button just above your shop name.
  27. When a customer place an order to your shop, your dashboard will display the “New Order” with the customer name.
  28. Tap on “New Order” to view the customer order.
  29. You can view the delivery address on the tab “To Address”.
  30. You can contact the customer by tapping the “Call” button (blue colour), just beside the phone number.
  31. If you are satisfied with customer order then select the “Accept Order” bar (green colour).
  32. The customer will be informed that his/her order is accepted by you.
  33. You can view your accepted order by selecting “Accepted” tab.
  34. Now you have to ready the ordered items, select “Ready Order” bar (green colour).
  35. The customer will be informed that his/her order is ready.
  36. The customer may “Cancel” an order before you declare it to be “Ready”.
  37. When customer take the delivery from your shop or you provide home delivery, just select “Delivery” button.
  38. This way you can make a successful transaction with your customer.
  39. You can view history of customer order by tapping “History” icon in navigation bar.
  40. Tap “Account” icon on navigation bar to display your shop details.
  41. For any further assistance you can call admin by selecting “Contact Us” in your account page.
